Current Open Position: Full-Time Community Resource Navigator

Job Description:
Position Summary: The Community Resource Navigator serves as a support person, advocate, and guide for individuals and families with needs beyond the services offered at Turning Points. This role connects clients to appropriate community resources, advocates on their behalf, and provides hands-on support such as scheduling appointments, making warm referrals, and following up to help clients overcome barriers.

By improving access, enhancing coordination, and supporting follow-through, the Community Resource Navigator helps clients receive timely, high-quality services and achieve greater stability.

I volunteered at the Stand Down held in Palmetto on Nov. 1st. I was so impressed with the services available for the all those in need. There was a separate building just for veterans. I was in that building and saw how they helped the men and women with any paperwork. They serviced breakfast to all and had a bounce house for children. I give this organization an A+.
