Landlords Partnership Reception

    Turning Points will hold a special reception to network and to form new partnerships with local landlords on Friday, September 15^th, at 5:00pm-7:00pm at the Bill Galvano One Stop Center located at 701 17^th Ave West in Bradenton.

Turning Points receives grants and funding from several resources to assist families or individuals to receive help quickly to avoid becoming homeless, by assisting in rental arrears (behind on rental payments or eviction notices) or to get them out of homelessness, with rapid rehousing and emergency housing. Turning Points has the funding available to assist struggling individuals and families, TODAY.

With rental prices consistently rising and vacancies being filled, it is getting increasingly difficult to find apartments to rent, and landlords to partner with. Turning Points is inviting all Manatee County landlords and apartment managers to this special reception to learn about the different funding avenues and programs that are available to help them, and their tenants. This reception will be a great way for landlords to network, meet Turning Points ’organization leadership, case managers, Board Members and other important staff and volunteers.

Refreshments (light bites and drinks) will be served followed by a presentation about the various grants available to assist in long-term rental agreements, with information about tax advantages.
