Turning Points Vaccine Event 5/14/21

Turning Points is excited to announce that we are holding another COVID-19 Vaccine Event here at Turning Points. This one is open to Florida residents aged 18+ (see below).

Our medical team, in partnership with Manatee Discount Pharmacy, will administer the J&J vaccine. The J&J vaccine is the vaccine where only 1 dose is needed to become vaccinated.

WHEN: Friday, May 14th

TIME: Noon-3pm (or until all of the doses are administered. This is 1st come, 1st serve)

WHERE: Turning Points Medical Clinic – 701 17th Ave West in Bradenton

WHO: Florida residents, aged 18 +

IDENTIFICATION IS REQUIRED: Please bring one of these forms of identification. Only one form is needed to receive the vaccine.

– Turning Points photo ID card
